Today’s #VeteranOfTheDay is Army Veteran Keith Streicher. Keith served in the United States Army from 2008 to 2011.
When Keith enlisted in 2008, he served first as a unit supply logistics specialist and then a senior logistician in Iraq at Camp Mejid during Operation New Dawn. He was also stationed at Camp Stanley in South Korea and Fort Stewart in Georgia.
After he left the service in 2011, Keith began working as a Veteran’s advocate. He has been dedicated to public service through his work in the White House, on Capitol Hill, and with large nonprofits and Veteran service organizations.
Keith is also the founder of the Veterans Leadership Coalition. He continues to serve both the Veteran community and active duty Servicemembers, as he consults with leaders and advocates in the veteran community. One of Keith’s goals is to advocate for his brothers and sisters in arms returning home and navigating life as combat Veterans.
Thank you for your service, Keith!

Dear VAntage Point,
I’ve had the hardest time with finding two (2) of my old teammates, could you help guide me in the right direction with locating them please? I’m trying to gather up “Buddy Statements” to help with filing a claim. I was stationed at Ft. Lewis WA, in A Co. 3rd Bn,1st Special Forces Group ODA 175.
Thanks in advance,
