What care are you talking about? I have been to McGuire in Richmond VA several times. I fall frequently. 5 weeks ago they promised to get me a motorized wheel chair. Within 1/2 mile from my home is the store that they said the shooter will be delivered to.. They have plenty of these in stock, but the V A said they have to order one from their own provider. I am still waiting for one. This week I fell and broke my knee. Richmond also ordered me a pair of glasses 5 weeks ago after waiting many weeks for an eye exam. They still haven’t arrived. When I fell I broke my glasses. I had to order a replacement pair with my own funds. Locally they were able to make a pair the same day.

title II state and local government activities : I am denied equal treatment when I cannot benefit with the ordinance changes made by Franklin TWP that only benefit the oil company (XTO) and destroys my health requirements . They disregard my rights as a 100% service connected disabled veteran with disabilities to provide an environment that will not affect the health of my immune system, respiratory , circulatory , and hearing difficulties. Under the ADA this is discrimination against me by the TWP changing residential/agricultural only zoning by adding heavy industrial without any regard to citizens complaints or needs .
I am a 100% service connected disabled Vietnam veteran who’s health is plagued by brittle diabetes , high blood pressure and cancer .
The Pa state DEP in their website states that Marcellus shale drilling causes
disease from the toxic chemicals they use . My diabetes was caused by a toxic chemical . I have a compromised immune system from agent orange.
Franklin twp is allowing a Marcellus shale drill site on a zoned agricultural / residential only farm property very close to my property . This drilling causes environmental problems to drinking water, air quality and pollution of property. Franklin twp has changedy their local ordinance to add gas drilling to a residential only area only to benefit a gas company and discriminate against the disabled diseased handicapped mentally disturbed elderly and children .
The chemicals released from this fracking site will impact my respiratory system and get into my blood stream as did agent orange . This will be very destructive to my health once the drilling starts. I have told the twp that drilling will destroy my health but they won’t listen. I anticipate circulatory problems, respiratory difficulties, eye problems and my diabetes
to go out of control . I take 5 to 6 shots of insulin now to control my diabetes every day .
