Today’s #VeteranOfTheDay is William “Bill” H. House.
Bill joined the Army in 1943 and discharged in 1945.
He survived Omaha Beach, Battle of the Bulge, and liberated a concentration camp in Bavaria.
Bill married his wife, Margaret, on New Year’s Day 1944. She worked as a riveter on the B-24 Liberator assembly line at For Motor Company.
He is now 94-years-old, living with his daughter in Florida.
