IAVA’s new website, The Wait We Carry is an attractive data visualization tool with great potential for both the Veterans who participated in the survey and the VA facilities they rated and reviewed.

I’ve spoken with IAVA’s CEO, and I am committed to partnering with IAVA to provide direct VA support to those who participated in this initiative.

I welcome this feedback – the good and the negative – and applaud IAVA for creating this tool. It will help us improve the department by addressing Veterans’ issues with their VA experience.

Our partnership with Veterans Service Organizations such as IAVA on this and other projects (like VA’s #VetQ initiative) is another example of how VA is committed to changing its culture, maximizing technology and better serving all Veterans.

We look forward to helping Veterans directly with The Wait We Carry.
