“I’m not a dancer but I thrive on a good challenge,” Noah said on social media this morning, “and this is definitely one of the most challenging things I’ve done … to my family, girlfriend, friends, fellow Veterans and complete strangers that have showed me nothing but total support, thank you.”

The former sergeant was injured in a 2005 IED attack in Yusafiah, Iraq, where he lost his left arm above the elbow and left leg above the knee. While it has been a long road to recovery for Noah, his disabilities haven’t kept him from a fulfilling and successful life after service.

While we first met Noah through his work with VA’s Adaptive Sports Program, most people remember him from his inspirational turn as Men’s Health Magazine’s Ultimate Men’s Health Guy and an appearance on Ellen.

As millions of people sit down tonight to watch the Veteran do the cha-cha, they may feel moved by his motto of  “No Excuses Noah” and see him as a feel-good story among his fellow cast members of celebrities, but like many others who get to know him over time, we’re sure Noah will win them over, too, with his dedication and drive.

Once the VA start to notify all Ft.McClellan soldiers of hazards that they were exposed to what is the VA going to do? Will they start approving us for poisoning us?
