The National Association for Health Care Recruitment (NAHCR) is the preeminent association for health care recruitment professionals, providing them with the education and networking support to enable strategic thinking within their health care environment.

Several of VA’s facility nurse recruiters had the opportunity to attend the 43rd annual NAHCR conference in Savannah from Jul 11th-14th. Along with peer-to-peer learning opportunities, there were sessions on the impact of passive candidates, sourcing trends on health care recruitment, and real-life case studies to help you apply what you have learned to your recruitment efforts.

Join us in congratulating one of VA’s nurse recruiters, Robin Thrasher, who was recognized at the conference for receiving her CHCR (certified health care recruiter) certification.
