Join VA and The American Legion April 18 for a Facebook chat to discuss VA’s pre-need burial eligibility program. With pre-need eligibility determination Veterans and family members can find out in advance if they are eligible for burial in a VA national cemetery and make arrangements prior to their time of need.
Participating in the Facebook chat is easy. Visit The American Legion’s Facebook Page on April 18 at 3 p.m. EST. The discussion will take place in the comment section of the post announcing the chat. VA and American Legion will post a Q&A directing Veterans to resources and information on Memorial Benefits. The rest of the hour will be dedicated to answering questions that Veterans post.
Learn more about the chat and register at Explore.VA.gov/events.
