Today’s #VeteranOfTheDay is Ralph “Malachias” Gaskin.
Malachias was in the Army from 1994 to 2003, and again from 2006 to 20014. He served as 11B Infantry and 68W Health Care Specialist. He deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (2007 – 2008) and Operation New Dawn (2009-2010)
Malachias is currently a senior at Lipscomb University. He is a published author and founder of Warfighter Gardens, a non-profit that provides therapy garden centers for Veterans, first responders, and their families.
